Back on Thunderbolts Way this morning heading for Walcha. Then onto the Oxley Hwy heading for Wauchope.
Stopped at Apsley Falls for a look. Would be spectacular in a wet year. Not much water now though.
The road climbs up into the clouds through the cutely named Cottan-Bimbang National Park.

When we finally come back down out of the clouds, the view down the valley is spectacular.

Checked out the Flannel flowers at Camden Head. Nice, but didn't quite match the hype.
