Decided to take the road from Mt Molloy down to Mossman in order to avoid any cyclists. Didn't see a single one.
It's a very scenic road too, with great views of the Daintree Range disappearing into the clouds.
No bushfires to worry about today, thankfully.

The road from Port Douglas to Cairns is also one of the great scenic drives.

I had a quick look around central Cairns but parking was difficult so I headed on to my destination -- Fishery Falls -- 30 kms or so south of Cairns.
The caravan park is like a tropical garden.
