Got up early and went to Lake Eacham for a walk around the lake and hopefully, maybe a photograph of the Victoria's Riflebird. Lake Eacham is a crater lake surrounded by beautiful rainforest. I heard a few Riflebirds, I saw one Riflebird but I didn't get a photo. Anyway I had a pleasant walk. I saw quite a few fish and turtles in the lake.

Went to Lake Barrine next, but couldn't find a car park anywhere, so I headed for Danbulla National Park. The Cathedral Fig Tree supplied the WOW moment of the day.

Did a number of short rainforest walks around Danbulla and Lake Tinaroo.
