Day 61, Kalgoorlie
I've been on the road now for 2 months. It's been good. I've enjoyed SW WA.
Today I made it to the Goldfields.
Coolgardie has a real ghost town feel about it. I wandered down the middle of the very wide main street - not a car in sight.
Incidentally, the clouds really were like that, even though they don't look real.
Kalgoorlie is much bigger and busier. I indulged my obsession with photographing old buildings. There are some beauties.
It seems like an interesting place. I might stay another night.
