Well I finally cracked it for seeing wildflowers in their prime. Stirling Range was absolutely bursting with flowering things. In fact a few things are not quite out yet. Here's a few of the millions of photos that I took.

If you lived in this corner of the world you'd never be short of a bushwalk. From forests to mountains to beaches to rivers. You'd never be short of a good bottle of wine, too.

After looking around Stirling Range I went to Porongurup NP which is a granite range about 40 kms south. Had a good scramble to the top of Castle Rock which has great views back to Stirling Range and all around.

Back at Kendenup Hall tonight -- still got the place all to myself.
