Day 13, Glen Aplin to Yarraman
Chilly start -- it got down to 1 degree overnight at Stanthorpe. A bit of a struggle getting out of bed but I did have an extra hour -- no daylight saving here in QLD.
Superb sunny day. Stopped in Warwick for a bit. Very attractive place.
Drove through Toowoomba. Would have liked to have stopped for a look around, but couldn't find a car park suitable for a van anywhere so just kept going.
The road follows the Great Dividing Range so it's quite picturesque, albeit quite hilly.
Stopped in Crows Nest for a break and some grocery shopping.
Eventually lobbed in Yarraman Caravan Park which is up on a hill with a nice view. Ensuite bathrooms too!
