Day 12, Armidale to Glen Aplin
I'm back on the road north again. I must have stayed too long in Armidale -- the rain finally caught up with me.
After going on the History Bus tour in the morning, I headed off at about 2pm up through Guyra and Glenn Innes.
It just bucketed down and I couldn't see any of the surrounding scenery so I just kept going.
I was intending to stop for the night at Tenterfield but the caravan parks were all chock-a-block so I went on. I found a little park that is half empty at Glen Aplin, just south of Stanthorpe which means that I'm now in QLD!
I seem to have outflanked the rain, too. Clear skies!
